Brittany Murphy

Murphy had appeared in several TV shows in her early teenage years, but it was her role as Tai Frasier in Clueless that truly introduced her to the world. In her short career, she won several awards, in particular for her voice acting in King of the Hill and the animated movie Happy Feet. Due to having round cheeks, she developed insecurities about her weight, and this would continue through the end of her life. She died on December 20th, 2009 from pneumonia, with a severe iron deficiency and multiple drug intoxication being secondary factors.

Liam Payne

A member of the hugely popular British pop band One Direction, Liam Payne suffered from mental health issues and substance abuse throughout his career, and sadly this would be his undoing. On the evening of October 16th, 2024, while staying at a hotel in Buenos Aires, the hotel staff called the police to report an intoxicated man acting belligerent and destroying his room. Payne would fall 14 meters (46 feet) from the hotel balcony, dying on impact. A fan-organized memorial took place at Hyde Park in London a few days later, with more than 1,000 attending.
