9 Movies About The Devil You Need To Watch (2 of 5)

2. The Omen (1976)

Meet the adorable little orphan boy named Damien. He’s got a bowl cut, an intense stare, and a knack for triggering freak accidents involving glass panes and steeples. Oh, and also, he’s the Antichrist. “The Omen” is a classic due to its unique take on the “creepy child” genre. Witness Gregory Peck trying to survive the apocalypse in a suit and tie and a crazy nanny jumping out a window shouting, “It’s all for you, Damien!” Probably not the best option for a fun family movie night, but it’s satanic cinema gold.

3. The Exorcist (1973)

“The Exorcist” is like the grandpappy of all demonic horror. When little Regan starts speaking in tongues, crab-walking down the stairs, and using her mouth as a hydrant filled with green soup, you just know you’re in for some good time. But as it turns out, she’s possessed by Pazuzu, a demon buddy of Satan himself. The performances are legendary, the effects hold up frighteningly well, and the film is still banned in some places. If a horror movie makes you consider calling your priest afterward, it’s doing something right.
